They govern your use of this website, abrahamomojowo.com, together with all books, digital products, consultations, coaching programmes, affiliate arrangements, and community gatherings offered on it or referenced from it. By accessing this website, purchasing a book, booking a consultation, applying to the affiliate programme, or joining the Business Prayer Room, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and its services immediately.

This website is owned and operated by Abraham Job Omojowo, a Health Educator, British Council Certified Student Recruitment Agent, International Consultants for Education and Fairs Certified Agent, immigration consultant, author, and entrepreneur based in Lagos, Nigeria. References to we, us, or our throughout these terms refer to Abraham Job Omojowo and the ventures operated under his leadership, namely Pincel Unified Global, Elpis Global Purpose Academy, and Bridge Ventures Scale Limited. 2. Eligibility and Your Account
By using this website and its services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old, or that you have the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian where you are younger and are engaging with family or youth focused content such as Speak Life Into Them Before Others Do. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through our forms, and for keeping any login details associated with a purchase or booking confidential.
3. Digital Products and Books
Books published under this brand, including Speak Life Into Them Before Others Do, The Ultimate Global Scholarship Blueprint, The Faceless Creator Blueprint, and all other titles listed in the Bookshop, are sold as digital downloadable products, primarily through the Selar platform. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice. All book sales are final once the digital file has been downloaded or delivered, in line with standard international practice for digital products where the nature of the product makes a full refund impossible once access has been granted. Where a book is offered free of charge, no payment obligation exists, and the free offer may be withdrawn, changed, or made paid again at any time without notice.
All books are protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 2022 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and applicable international copyright conventions. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from any book or digital product without our express written permission. Purchasing a book grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read and use the content for your own benefit. All admission, scholarship, and visa outcomes rest entirely with the relevant institution or government authority, and no guarantee of a particular outcome is made or implied at any point in the consulting relationship, whether in a consultation, on this website, in a book, or in any marketing material.

They are not a substitute for professional financial advice, licensed legal advice, or licensed mental health treatment or counselling, and no advisor-client, therapist-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your participation. Where personal, business, or financial examples, case studies, testimonials, or income figures are shared, they are illustrative only, are not typical, and are not a guarantee of what you personally will achieve. Individual results depend on personal effort, market conditions, prior experience, and factors entirely outside our control.

6. The Business Prayer Room
The Business Prayer Room is a free, voluntary community gathering hosted weekly through a WhatsApp channel. Participation is entirely at your own discretion and you may leave the channel at any time. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is abusive, disruptive, unlawful, or inconsistent with the respectful spirit of the gathering, without prior notice. Views, opinions, and testimonies expressed by participants during Business Prayer Room sessions are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Abraham Job Omojowo or any affiliated venture, and we accept no responsibility for content shared by other participants within the channel.
7. Affiliate Programme
Affiliates who are approved to promote our books or programmes earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral link, at the rate stated on the Affiliates page at the time of the sale. Commission rates, cookie tracking periods, and programme terms may be reviewed and updated from time to time, with reasonable notice given to active affiliates. Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, partners, agents, or legal representatives of Abraham Job Omojowo or any affiliated venture, and must clearly and honestly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection standards, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018, whenever they promote our products or services. We reserve the right to withhold commission, delay payment pending verification, or terminate an affiliate relationship immediately where promotion is found to be misleading, dishonest, involves prohibited methods such as spam, or is otherwise in breach of these terms.
8. Consultations and Bookings
Consultation sessions booked through our Selfany scheduling link are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation. We ask that you provide at least twenty four hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked session. Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions without notice may result in a request for a booking deposit for future sessions, or a decline of future booking requests at our discretion.
9. Website Use and Acceptable Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its underlying systems, or the data of other users, and not to introduce viruses, malicious code, or engage in any activity that would breach the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, and Other Related Matters) Act 2015 as amended, or any other applicable law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing this website.
